Is BTS Burn the Stage: The Movie on Netflix?

When it comes to the biggest names in music, there are few that can compete with BTS. Since breaking into the K-pop circuit in 2013, the group have quickly emerged as one of the bestselling groups in the industry selling out stadiums and arenas across the globe, breaking records with their songs and albums, and have even started in a few documentaries including 2018’s Burn the Stage: The Movie.

Filmed during the band’s The Wings Tour, the documentary follows bandmates RM, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V, Jungkook, Minho Lee on their 300-day journey on their sold-out world tour.

Burn the Stage: The Movie is a feature-length documentary that follows BTS during their 2017 The Wings Tour. Across the documentary directed by Park Jun-soo, fans get the chance to follow the band as they toured across 19 different countries and was designed to provide fans with an insider look at the experiences during the tour which drew more than half a million fans.

Although Netflix is home to several incredible documentariesBurn the Stage: The Movie is unfortunately not available to stream on Netflix. It’s unclear why the documentary is not currently available to stream on Netflix but it does not appear that there are any plans for the title to make its Netflix debut at this time.

While you can’t catch the BTS documentary on Netflix, there are a lot of other great music documentaries on Netflix including BLACKPINK: Light Up the Sky, Gaga: Five Foot Two, Taylor Swift reputation Stadium Tour and Shawn Mendes: In Wonder.

Interestingly, it doesn’t appear as though BTS’s documentary Burn the Stage: The Movie is streaming on any of the bigger streaming platforms. Not only is the documentary not on Netflix, but it’s not on Amazon, Hulu or Disney Plus at the moment either. The only place it appears you can watch the documentary Burn the Stage: The Movie is on YouTube Premium.
