Day Shift is now streaming and it’s bound to become one of the best action movies of the summer. Starring Jamie Foxx, Dave Franco and Snoop Dogg, Day Shift is a film about a vampire-hunting union and the lengths a father will go to win back his family’s trust.
This action-comedy vampire horror movie was directed by J.J. Perry in his feature directorial debut. Perry is a trained stuntman and martial arts artist with deep knowledge of what makes an action movie work and it shows in Day Shift‘s slick action sequences and fight scenes. Karla Souza, Steve Howey, Meagan Good, Natasha Liu Bordizzo and Scott Adkins round out the talented ensemble.
Day Shift is not only frightfully entertaining, but it has an amazing soundtrack complete with lots of old-school tracks from iconic rappers. Since Snoop Dogg is in the movie, you’d be correct in assuming that at least one of his songs is featured!
