Adam Sandler always gets 'a little jumpy' whenever he is around Taylor Swift

Adam Sandler admitted to still getting “jumpy” around Taylor Swift as he described being starstruck by the world’s most well-known celebrity.

Apparently, even some of Hollywood’s finest get utterly starstruck by their idols. We’ve seen the phenomenon before, most notably by Jennifer Lawrence who seemingly forgets she’s one of the world’s premiere actors anytime she meets a colleague.

Adam Sandler is a total Swiftie

Adam Sandler, a man with a net worth of $420 million, is just like the rest of us. Despite featuring in some of the last decade’s most successful films, he too is completely taken aback by Taylor Swift.

While appearing on a recent episode of SiriusXM’s Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend, the 57-year-old actor said he is not usually overly impressed by a younger celebrity.

But there is an exception, of course.

“You know what – Taylor Swift, because what she means to my kids, I get it a little jumpy,” he said.

“Just ’cause I don’t wanna blow it for my kids. So I’m a little like ‘Taylor, Taylor,’ like I talk a little too loud or something. I don’t stay as cool as I can.”

Conan responded: “Yeah, I can see that. Yeah, she’s, I mean, she’s this whole other level now.”

He didn’t stop there

The Grown Ups frontman clearly had a lot of respect for the artist as he compared her to legendary acts like The Beatles.

“People talk about The Beatles of it all and her. I mean, man, so many smash hits, There’s not a word my kids don’t know,” he added.

Sandler’s love of Taylor Swift is fairly well documented after he went to numerous shows with his teenage daughters, Sadie and Sunny. The family attended both the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles performance and The Eras Tour: The Movie premiere, including Adam Sandler’s wife.

Sandler is not the only celeb to be in awe of Taylor, with the most obvious being her latest boyfriend Travis Kelce. Olivia Rodrigo and Andrew Garfield are also said to be massive fans.
